2 What's Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically cover factory defects and hardware failures under normal use. Coverage does not include physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

5 Faulty Items on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
