We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returns.
How to Start a Return
returns (RMA) can be requested from your order history directly, or be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Team. Email [email protected] with your order number, contact details, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories.
We do not accept returns of:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Opened or unsealed products
- Damaged, played, or incomplete items
- Items not in original condition
- Part of a bundle (unless the full bundle is returned)
- Items purchased as part of a promotion (full price applies to remaining items)
❌ Gift Cards — No Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. Please ensure you are buying the correct denomination and region before completing your order.
❌ Digital Games — No Returns
All digital game codes and downloadable content (DLC) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. Codes cannot be returned once revealed or redeemed.
❌ Pre-Owned Games — No Returns
Pre-owned games are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless confirmed faulty. Please review the product condition carefully before purchasing.
Faulty & Defective Items
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to defective hardware after 30 days. We recommend contacting the manufacturer first. If the fault is confirmed on our end, we'll cover your return postage.
PC Games
Please check your PC specifications before purchasing. We cannot exchange or refund non-faulty PC games if your system does not meet the game's requirements.
Promotional Orders & Discounts
If your order used a promo code or discount, the discount amount will not be refunded. Remaining items will be charged at full price.
Postage Costs
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault, we'll refund your postage. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for postage refunds.
