Earning Points
Create a free account and earn 10 EgyPoints for every 100 EGP spent. Guest checkouts don't earn points — make sure you're logged in before placing your order.
Point Value
Every 10 EgyPoints = 1 EGP discount on any product across the store.
Spending Points
Your points balance appears at checkout. Use all or part of your points on any order, combined with any other payment method.
Expiry
Points expire 365 days after your last purchase. Every new purchase resets the clock.
Returns & Cancellations
Returned items: points earned are deducted. Cancelled orders: points spent are refunded and points earned are removed.
Pre-orders
Yes — you earn points on pre-orders. Points are credited once payment is taken at dispatch.
Pending Points
Points appear as pending until your payment is processed. For pre-orders, this happens at your dispatch date.
