At the core of the experience is the Club System. Unlike traditional racers where you compete in isolation, DRIVECLUB encourages you to join or create a Club with up to five other players. Everything you do—from perfectly taking a corner to hitting top speeds—earns Fame for your Club. Even if you aren't the fastest driver in a particular race, your individual performance contributes to collective rewards, unlocking new cars, specialized liveries, and exclusive tracks for your entire team. The asynchronous challenge system ensures that there is always something to do, as you can send and receive challenges from rival clubs even when you aren't online at the same time.
